**About the role**:
As part of our Application Support team in the Consulting and Support business unit, you will:

- Contribute to payroll system development by preparing specifications and testing new functionalities.
- Create clear instructions and deliver product-specific training sessions for both colleagues and customers’ superusers.
- Provide expert customer support, helping SD Worx customers to get the most out of our SD Worx W payroll system (formerly Aditro W, Personec W) and related solutions such as SD Worx Verkkopalkka, SD Worx Vira, and SD Worx Portal.

You will work closely with customers’ superusers and payroll specialists, and collaborate with our system development, consulting, and service teams.

**What we expect from you**:

- Experience in customer support with B2B clients
- Understanding of payroll processes
- Ideally hands-on experience with payroll systems
- A passion for advising and training others
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in Finnish and English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude
