We don’t believe in the ‘one size fits all’ approach and instead we will equip you with the tools you need to shape your own future.Job PurposeUtilities Maintenance Engineer is focused to ensure the continuous, safe and efficient operation of the factory's Utilities facilities, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and Unilever standards, as well as the optimization of energy resources.What Will Your Main Responsibilities BeManage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all Utilities facilities, following Unilever standards.Maintain up-to-date P&IDs and technical documentation.Coordinate legal inspections and internal audits.Identify opportunities for improvement and energy savings in the facilities.Train the maintenance team on the operation and risks of the Utilities.Develop and maintain the Skill Matrix, KPIs, and KAIs for the area.Prepare objectives and targets aligned with the factory strategy.Authorize work permits in Utilities and participate in risk analyses.Prepare SOPs and SMPs with the operators.Analyze breakdowns and lead continuous improvement actions (UMS).Participate in accident analyses and Process Safety (PS) assessments.Competent person in PS (with Process Safety).Facilities Under Your ResponsibilityAir compressorsNitrogen generationBoilersCogeneration plantWater treatment plantCooling system (Ammonia/Chillers, cold storage, HVAC systems)Domestic hot water systemsNatural Gas Regulation and Measurement StationMains water supplyFire protection systemHigh and low voltageOutdoor CIP plantExperiences & QualificationsEngineering degree, preferably in the Electrical field.Minimum 5 years in Maintenance and projects related to industrial facilities (refrigeration, boilers, electrical transformers, etc.) or manufacturing processes.SkillsOperation and maintenance of steam, water, and air compressor systems.Knowledge of legal standards and international engineering and maintenance regulations.Proficiency in AutoCAD/MicroStation.Advanced level of English (oral and written).
