Descripción del trabajo Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Development Support Manager BESS to drive the development and structuring of new battery projects in Iberia, working closely with development teams, market strategy managers, and cross-functional support teams .Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Local Teams: Assist project managers with site identification, planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.Standardisation of Practices: Develop and share tools, methodologies, and best practices for battery project development.Cross-functional Coordination: Ensure project consistency across countries and central functions (technical, legal, financial).Technological & Regulatory Watch: Monitor developments in the European battery market, anticipating impacts on grid connection, safety, energy/container design, and tenders.Training & Skills Development: Train local teams on technical and operational aspects of BESS projects.Performance Monitoring: Implement KPIs and provide regular reporting to management.Requirements5+ years of proven experience in battery storage project development .Solid understanding of the Iberian market and European energy market trends.Strong technical knowledge of battery technologies, system design, grid connection, and permitting processes .Experienced in planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting .Skilled at coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects with multidisciplinary teams.Fluent in English , with excellent written and verbal communication.Organised, proactive, solution-oriented, with strong interpersonal and governance skills.BonusExperience in international/multicultural environments, ability to deliver training sessions, and familiarity with tenders.Why Apply?Work in a collaborative and diverse environment that values trust, initiative, and kindness.Opportunity to drive high-impact BESS projects in Iberia.Engage in both strategic and operational aspects of project development.Grow personally and professionally in a company that invests in its people.Diversity & inclusion-focused workplace.Check Your Resume for MatchUpload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.#J-18808-Ljbffr
