Job description As part of Mantu’s growth, the finance team is seeking a Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping financial strategy and driving performance management across the organization. Reporting to the FP&A Head-of, the FP&A Manager will structure and lead the financial planning process, support operational teams in optimizing business performance, and act as a strategic partner to senior management by providing actionable insights for decision-making. Your missions Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and FP&A Head-of, providing strategic financial insights and decision support Lead and coach the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance culture Align financial planning processes with business objectives, ensuring strategic coherence Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, offering clear and actionable insights Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to ensure data-driven decision-making Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions Develop and refine reporting tools to improve data visualization and financial storytelling Translate financial insights into strategic recommendations for non-financial stakeholders Work closely with data and finance teams to optimize reporting tools and automate key processes Support major transformation initiatives by ensuring financial alignment with company strategy Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, leveraging digital tools for efficiency gains Collaborate with IT and other business functions to enhance financial reporting capabilities Partner with other finance teams across different locations to maintain consistency in reporting and compliance Your profile Academic background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Experience: Between 2 and 4 years of relevant experience after graduation in FP&A , financial management, financial audit, or a similar role English language: Fluency in English and French is a plus Tools / software: Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage AI/OpenAI experience: Experience with generative AI such as OpenAI tools for improving day-to-day productivity is a plus Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make financial data accessible to diverse stakeholders; analytical mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach; ability to work with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting; ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive financial improvements; strong leadership and interpersonal skills for the management of the FP&A team What we offer: An international community bringing together 110+ different nationalities An environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities A robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules A vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.) Strong commitments to CSR, notably through participation in our WeCare Together program Hiring Process Short phone call with our talent acquisition team to discuss your ambitions and how they align with Mantu's mission First interview with your future manager or director to learn more about the role, the challenges, and the skills we value Second interview with a senior leader or your future teammates to share your insights and expectations Third interview with the department director, which may conclude with a job offer if we are a perfect match "Mantu is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
