We are looking for a highly skilled, data-driven, and performance-oriented AdOps Manager to join our Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in setting up and managing mobile performance campaigns on the Smadex DSP, with a strong focus on testing, optimization, and delivering ROAS-driven results. You'll be expected to translate business goals into actionable campaign strategies, monitor daily performance, and continuously iterate to meet client objectives. A deep understanding of attribution logic, MMPs, and data-led decision-making is essential.
