Desde Adecco, colaboramos con una empresa global líder en el sector tecnológico para incorporar un Middle Researcher que contribuya a definir la estrategia de negocio en los principales mercados europeos (Reino Unido, Alemania, Francia, España, Italia y Países Bajos). Realizar estudios de mercado (desk research, análisis de competencia, entrevistas, encuestas) para identificar tendencias y oportunidades en Europa. Analizar datos cualitativos y cuantitativos para generar insights que impulsen decisiones estratégicas de producto y contenido. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para transformar hallazgos en recomendaciones prácticas que mejoren la experiencia del usuario. Apoyar el desarrollo de campañas y contenidos adaptados a cada región europea. Mantenerte al día sobre regulaciones, aspectos culturales y económicos para garantizar relevancia y cumplimiento normativo. Presentar conclusiones mediante informes y workshops para facilitar la toma de decisiones.Requisitos ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia de 35 años en investigación de mercados, análisis de negocio o áreas afines. Dominio del inglés y capacidad para realizar entrevistas en alemán o italiano. Conocimiento de la dinámica de los mercados europeos (mínimo 23 países). Experiencia en metodologías mixtas (encuestas, entrevistas, benchmarking). Habilidad para interpretar datos y comunicar insights de forma clara. Perfil proactivo, orientado al detalle y cómodo en entornos ágiles. Experiencia en e-commerce, SaaS o plataformas B2B. Conocimiento de herramientas de IA para optimizar procesos de investigación. Familiaridad con normativas digitales europeas (GDPR, leyes de consumo). Formación en Marketing, Economía, Negocios o similar (Máster es un plus).Responsabilidades Participar en un proyecto global con impacto real en el futuro del comercio B2B.
