With the integration of Deimos and strategic participation in Hispasat and Hisdesat, we are scaling Europe’s space autonomy and contributing to flagship programs like IRIS², Galileo, EGNOS, and Copernicus .What will you do?Take technical leadership of ongoing and future End-to-End space missions .Provide technical direction and guidance to engineering teams.Develop and manage the technical baseline for spacecraft.Lead preparation and execution of major design reviews.Ensure compliance with mission and spacecraft requirements.Develop engineering documents such as specifications, interface control documents, and test plans.Assess and approve technical completion and compliance.Oversee production and delivery of spacecraft.Collaborate closely with the Project Office (PMO) and all subsystems.What are we looking for?Aerospace Engineering degree (preferred).More than 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry.Proven experience as Space Missions Chief Engineer or similar technical leadership role.Detailed knowledge of spacecraft systems and subsystems.Familiarity with mechanical, thermal, radiation, or propulsion systems.Knowledge of space-related analysis and design tools (CATIA, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ESATAN, FASTRAD…).Hands-on approach to cross-functional technical issues.Knowledge of New Space approaches and techniques.English level: B2 minimum.Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
