We are looking for a visionary Space Missions Chief Engineer to lead the technical execution of our most ambitious projects and drive innovation across multidisciplinary teams. What You’ll Do As Space Missions Chief Engineer, you will: Lead the technical execution of full-cycle space missions Define and manage the spacecraft’s technical baseline Coordinate and execute major design reviews Ensure compliance with mission and system requirements Author key engineering documentation: specifications, interface control documents, test plans Validate technical completion and system compliance Advise teams on innovative design processes and technical solutions Oversee production and delivery of spacecraft systems What We’re Looking For Education: Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field (preferred) Experience: 10+ years in the aerospace industry Proven leadership in spacecraft mission engineering Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of spacecraft systems and subsystems Familiarity with mechanical, thermal, propulsion, and radiation systems Experience with space design and analysis tools: CATIA, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ESATAN, FASTRAD Hands-on approach to solving cross-functional technical challenges Understanding of New Space methodologies and low-level integration techniques Operational experience in full mission lifecycles Experience with MBSE tools such as Capella or Valispace (desirable) Familiarity with ECSS or other space-related standards Language Skills: English (minimum B2 level) Personal Attributes: Collaborative and trustworthy Open-minded, proactive, and creative Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Passionate about space technology and continuous learning What We Offer Innovative and Cutting-Edge Space Projects: Work on pioneering aerospace initiatives.
