Join a team of experts and contribute to groundbreaking projects that shape the future of space.What’s the Challenge?As an Expert Space Systems Engineer , you will play a key role in the development and optimization of satellite platforms , collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams across all subsystems. You will define and manage system requirements , optimise technical budgets , analyse and validate spacecraft architectures , and support integration and testing activities . Working directly with the Project Office (PMO) , you will ensure seamless execution of engineering tasks while driving innovation.Your contributions will include:Developing and optimizing technical budgets .Defining and managing satellite system requirements.Assessing test approaches and methodologies .Conducting detailed analyses and simulations .Supporting low‑level system integration and testing .Collaborating directly with the Project Office (PMO) .What We’re Looking ForTechnical SkillsExpertise in spacecraft systems engineering and subsystems integration.Strong knowledge of MBSE methodologies .Familiarity with mechanical, thermal, radiation, and propulsion systems .Experience with space‑related analysis and design tools such as CATIA, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ESATAN, FASTRAD.Hands‑on approach to cross‑functional technical issues .Understanding of New Space trends and techniques .Expertise in low‑level system integration and testing techniques .Strong experience in technical documentation and project reporting using ECSS methodologies.Ability to analyse and verify system configurations under operational constraints.Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, high‑priority environments .Additional Valued SkillsKnowledge of Capella MBSE Tool or Valispace .Experience with Python or other scripting languages.Educational BackgroundPreferred degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.Professional Experience10+ years in the aerospace industry.Personal AttributesCollaborative, trustworthy , open‑minded, proactive , and creative .Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills .What We OfferInnovative and Cutting‑Edge Space Projects : Work on pioneering aerospace initiatives.Hybrid Work Model : Balance remote work with in‑office collaboration.⏰ Flexible Work Hours : Adaptable schedules with shorter Fridays.Career Development Programs : Personalized growth plans and continuous training.Comprehensive Compensation Package : Private health insurance, restaurant card, transportation card, and more.Well‑being Initiatives : Individual training budget, team‑building activities, social workspaces.Are you ready to push the boundaries of space technology and be part of a high‑impact team?
