This role is critical in ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our engineering systems and platforms, supporting global teams and projects.### **Your Responsibilities*** Ensure the reliable operation of the E3/DS-E3 environment, including platform architecture, databases, and servers.* Review and evaluate updates from Zuken; coordinate Beta testing and plan rollouts in collaboration with ECAD Services.* Engage in requirement engineering to assess standard functionalities, identify enhancement needs, and define acceptable workarounds.* Collaborate with project users and support teams to maintain, develop, and deploy cost-efficient and effective IS solutions/services for E3/DS-E3.* Act as an individual contributor with deep expertise in Secondary Engineering, driving complex projects and challenging traditional solutions.* Lead project teams by defining guidelines, allocating tasks, and managing internal/external resources to meet milestones and optimize resource use.* Monitor and control project costs and financials, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities.* Ensure formal project acceptance and closure, following Hitachi Energy’s project execution methodology.* Coach and develop team members, providing feedback and supporting their professional growth.* Interact with downstream users including Engineers and LCC Panel Builders to ensure alignment and usability.### **Your Background*** Academic degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.* Comprehensive knowledge of Secondary Engineering in High Voltage Products (GIS, DTB, LTB, PASS).* Deep expertise in E3 as an ECAD tool, including database management, scripting, export customization, and DS-E3 as a PDM system.* Strong skills in .NET, MS Office, databases, and SAP.* Proven experience in project leadership, including resource planning, performance management, and operational execution.At Hitachi Energy, we bring energy to life.
