Social network you want to login/join with: We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally. Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, raising €250M to revolutionise digital advertising. Provide strategic and comprehensive legal advice to business and operational teams to support the company’s growth and development. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex agreements, including but not limited to General Terms, service agreements, partnerships, amendments, MOUs, NDAs, and other key legal documents. Lead the implementation and management of Compliance and Data Protection programs across the organization. Oversee and coordinate the signatory process for high-level contracts to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Develop, standardise, and maintain company-wide legal guidelines, templates, and contracts. Collaborate with other in-house and external counsels to manage legal matters effectively. Conducted in-depth regulatory analyses to ensure the company’s compliance with all operating jurisdictions. Act as the primary legal advisor for complex queries and issues across the Group. Drive legal support for the company’s international expansion initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Lead legal aspects of M&A projects, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration processes. What You’ll Need to Succeed You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a legal role within an international company. Prior experience as an in-house lawyer in the media or AdTech sector is a significant advantage. You possess strong autonomy, with the ability to make sound business-oriented decisions under tight deadlines while fostering collaboration across teams. You have a proven ability to thrive in multicultural and fast-paced environments. You are fluent in both English and Spanish. Proficiency in other languages is a strong plus.
