In addition to this, we also offer creative campaign development and social-first content production. At Spekk the majority of our work is done within three different client verticals; travel & experiences, high-growth start-ups and high-end e-commerce - this is where you come in. As a Senior Paid Media Manager: E-commerce at Spekk you'll have the power to direct and manage the paid media of some truly inspiring businesses. We manage accounts more like a boutique strategy consulting firm than a traditional performance agency. This means that while you are responsible for the success of your accounts, you'll be able to bounce strategy off more senior team members and be supported by motivated juniors and technical experts. You'll analyse, strategise and execute paid media campaigns. You've run Meta ads professionally for 3+ years and TikTok ads for at least 1 year for a number of different e-commerce brands, preferably at an agency. equally comfortable with a smaller budget as you are with the responsibility of handling a large one. Ideally you'd be someone who looks out for others and revels in being social. The team mostly works remotely but we meet up on team trips all over the world. The freedom of working remotely, but with trips every year to meet up with the team.
