Researcher Onboarding & Mobility Support Coordinate onboarding procedures for new researchers, ensuring a smooth and positive start experience, creating an international point of contact for practical information (local guidance and services).Support mobility-related processes in coordination with CRAG’s external mobility provider.Assist HR in welcome sessions and research integration activities. Training, Career Development & Academic Programme Support Provide operational support for the CRAG Training Plan, including registrations, certificates and platform updates.Assist in mentoring and career-development activities for early-career researchers.Support institutional relations with universities for Bachelor, Master and PhD programmes, coordinating academic documentation, calendars and enrolment periods for PhD and postdoctoral researchers.Assist PhD personnel with academic procedures and help organize evaluation and mentoring meetings with the Academic Committee.Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of KPIs across all assigned areas (talent attraction, onboarding and mobility, training and academic programme support).
