Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce a position for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives at a logistics company based in Greece. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about logistics and enjoy helping customers. In this role, you will assist clients in Italian, providing support and information related to their logistics needs and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries regarding logistics services, shipping details, and delivery status via phone, email, and chat in Italian. Provide accurate information about shipping options, pricing, and transit times. Assist customers with order tracking, modifications, and any issues they may encounter. Resolve customer complaints effectively and promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system. Collaborate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely service and resolution of customer inquiries. Stay informed about logistics trends and company offerings to provide comprehensive service. Requirements Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the logistics or transportation sector, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries efficiently. Aptitude for multitasking and managing various customer requests simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and general office applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
