We are looking for a strategic partnerships builder and sales leader to define, lead, and own Aimsun’s global product sales growth and alliances function. You’ll shape how we collaborate with strategic partners, distributors, and enterprise clients to expand our market presence, accelerate pipeline growth, and drive long-term commercial impact in urban mobility and transportation innovation. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Growth, operating within the company’s global Sales Organization. Responsibilities & tasks: Design and execute a scalable partnership and channel sales strategy across public and private sectors, including co-marketing, product integrations, B2B distribution, and technology alliances. Drive revenue growth by developing structured inbound and outbound go-to-market (GTM) playbooks aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP) to accelerate the new business pipeline. Define clear KPIs to scale productivity and conversion rates, while improving the performance of our sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, SalesLoft, Outreach) to support predictable growth. Partner with the Customer Experience team and Revenue Operations to strengthen lead management, qualification, and handoff processes across inbound and partner-sourced opportunities. Develop a robust partner ecosystem , generating a consistent and high-quality pipeline through global partnerships with digital platforms, Smart city networks, and technology integrators.
