Liderar la optimización estratégica de soluciones SaaS orientadas a soluciones que aportan valor hacia el medioambiente, alineando la estrategia de producto con los objetivos de innovación y sostenibilidad de la empresa. Definir la estrategia y roadmap de producto en colaboración con dirección y áreas de negocio. Gestionar backlog , planificar sprints y coordinar equipos de desarrollo (SCRUM/JIRA). Captar y analizar requerimientos de clientes, normativa y comunidad de usuarios. Diseñar la arquitectura funcional y experiencia de usuario junto a UI/UX y desarrollo. 5 años de experiencia liderando gestión de producto SaaS . ~ Conocimiento del sector industrial, energía, renovables o medio ambiente . ~ Capacidad para liderar equipos multidisciplinares y proyectos innovadores. ~ Castellano y catalán nativo , inglés avanzado. ¿Flexibilidad horaria , trabajo híbrido y plan de conciliación. Desarrollo profesional en proyectos innovadores Ambiente colaborativo en equipo interdisciplinar. ¿Aplica y lidera productos que impulsan la sostenibilidad.
