AWWG continuously evolves, pushing the limits and defying the status quo to create value through innovative, aspirational, and sustainable products that prioritize excellence, craftsmanship, differentiation, and quality.The project As a Marketing Specialist for our Licenses and Partnerships, you will ensure the alignment of marketing calendars across 11 licences with Pepe Jeans, Hackett, and Faconnable GTM strategies, ensuring full integration with brand priorities and strategic intent. What will the role entail? Lead the orchestration of marketing initiatives across all licence partners, managing the planning, production, and on-time delivery of campaigns to guarantee complete and impactful activation. Serve as the primary specialist interface between licence partners and internal marketing teams, coordinating campaigns, product imagery needs, PR initiatives, social activations, and cross-functional marketing efforts. Uphold strategic and visual coherence, ensuring all licence activities are fully aligned with AWWG's overarching marketing strategy, brand direction, and category priorities. Manage full campaign lifecycles, including rights management, partner requirements, layouts, budgets, and invoicing, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to guidelines. Maximize the effectiveness of marketing investments, guiding licence partners to deploy budgets toward initiatives that drive sell-out, elevate visibility, and reinforce brand positioning in the market. Safeguard elevated brand representation across trade shows, POS materials, e-commerce, DTC channels, newsletters, and social media, ensuring partners accurately and consistently reflect the AWWG brand universe. Oversee packaging and labelling approvals, coordinating with partners and the graphic team to ensure full compliance with AWWG brand guidelines. Monitor partner performance against forecasts and business plans, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation. Track and validate royalty payments, ensuring accuracy, timely collection, and alignment with contractual agreements. Prepare and lead quarterly Marketing & Business Reviews, delivering strategic insights, performance analysis, and recommendations to elevate partnership results. What do we offer?
