Our values are: show your passion, act as an owner and think rigorously, figure it out & hold the line⚡ We are looking for a Market Research Trainee with a strong focus on business research, benchmarking, and market analysis . This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the product development process and understand how data-driven insights shape strategic decisions. Your key responsibilities will be to: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Perform benchmark analysis to evaluate industry best practices and competitors’ strategies. Assist in customer research by gathering insights through surveys, interviews, and data analysis. Support the Product Managers in defining business opportunities and validating product hypotheses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing teams , to ensure alignment with business goals. Help create presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations. You will bring to the table: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to generate insights. Passion for digital products and technology. Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Spanish). Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics platforms is a plus. What we will offer you: A hybrid work from home/office system with a flexible time schedule.
