This role is pivotal for driving growth and expanding Televic's presence in key verticals such as City Councils, Regional Parliaments, Institutions, and Courtrooms.You will ensure that Televic’s solutions are specified for future projects, by building demand among end-users, educating consultants, and collaborating with integrators to ensure successful project outcomes. This hands-on position requires technical expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and proactive market engagement.This role offers a unique opportunity to join an internationally successful company while contributing to its significant expansion in the Spanish market. You will get the chance to travel within Spain and occasionally internationally.**Key responsibilities**:- Building, developing, and managing integrators, channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing to identify new business opportunities.- You generate leads and engage integrators and channel partners to ensure they prioritize Televic Solutions- You set-up clear action plans with clear targets to realize joint business plans with integrators.- Presenting Televic Solutions to consultants to ensure that they are included in future bids and secure long-term projects- You identify and present tailored solutions to key accounts in City Councils, Regional Parliaments, Institutions, Rental and Courtrooms to build awareness and demand for Televic solutions.- You collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.- Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.- Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position Televic in the market and maintain a competitive edge.- Participate in marketing initiatives and industry events to strengthen Televic’s market presence.**Professional skills we’re looking for**:- A Technical or engineering background is an advantage- Proven experience working with channel partners, key accounts and AV consultants- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client information, track leads, and monitor sales performance.- Results-driven approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.- Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.- Fluency in Spanish and English.**What Success Looks Like**:- Within 30 days, full training into Sales processes and more specific product training.- By 60 days, build strong relationships with key stakeholders virtually and onsite.- At 90 days, you will independently demonstrate the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.- In your first year, you have engaged the right integrators and channel partners which, reflecting the ability to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.**What’s in it for you?**:- The chance to work on state-of-the-art products in a market that represents sustainability;- A full time contract at a company that has international success, but remains solidly rooted in Belgium as it keeps on growing;- An attractive salary, supplemented with other legal benefits;- An environment driven by teamwork and the constant will to innovate;- The chance to deliver quality, because that’s what we stand for;- A stimulating, no-nonsense mentality, with an eye for your unique talents and growth.- This role offers a unique opportunity to join an internationally successful company while contributing to its significant expansion in the Spanish market**How to apply?**:We’re excited to learn how your unique skills and experiences can contribute to our success.INTERESTED IN THIS JOB?If you have any questions our HR representative is happy to help you.- Nancy Werbrouck- T- #J-18808-Ljbffr
