The role includes supporting finance automation initiatives, bridging business and technical teams, and improving efficiency and compliance. Additionally, responsibilities include supporting PMO and finance leaders, translating business needs into requirements, and maintaining documentation. Project Phase: ProductionProject Team: Cross-functional team including business analysts, PMO, finance stakeholders, and technical specialists. Soft Skills: • Analytical and structured thinking • Strong communication and presentation skills • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities • Openness to feedback and collaboration • Continuous learning mindset • Problem-solving skills Hard Skills / Must Have: • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related area • Knowledge of finance processes • Understanding of major ERP systems • Proficiency in process modelling (BPMN, UML, flowcharts) • Data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, SQL) plus BI tools • Experience with project management and collaboration tools • Familiarity with automation technologies • Knowledge of testing methodologies and UAT coordination • Python for data and process workflows Hard Skills / Nice to Have: • Relevant certifications in business/system analysis • Experience in finance or ERP implementation projects Responsibilities and Tasks: • Collect, document, and validate business requirements • Conduct fit-gap analysis for system or process changes • Map current and target business processes and identify optimization opportunities • Translate business requirements into functional specifications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and testing • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution • Validate implemented solutions against requirements • Ensure accurate data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting design • Support data validation and integration activities • Maintain structured documentation of requirements, changes, and decisions • Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders • Benchmark best practices in process automation • Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learnedEnglish: upper-intermediate Location: EuropeReady to Join?We look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you to our team
