Position: Junior Customer Engagement Specialist (f/m/x) Location: Madrid, Spain Market Focus: Dutch-speaking customers About Otovo Otovo is a leading European renewable energy company making solar installations and energy storage accessible to homeowners. We operate across multiple European markets as a publicly listed company, combining stability with a fast-growing, international environment. Role Overview As a Junior Customer Engagement Specialist, you are the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, guiding them from initial inquiry through post-sale support. You manage leads, book appointments, assist customers with documentation, and ensure smooth handoffs to the installation teams, delivering a professional and friendly service experience. Key Responsibilities Contact and qualify Dutch leads quickly and professionally. Explain Otovo’s solar solutions and Care Product clearly Book meetings with the Sales Team and guide customers through next steps. Manage inbound calls and first response through our CRM tool (Hubspot) Support customers with document submission and follow-ups. Track project progress and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams. Requirements Dutch fluency required; English proficiency essential. Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills. Organized, proactive, and able to follow structured processes. Comfortable with CRM tools and basic office software.
