Global End Customer £Are you a proactive SAP professional who enjoys supporting a truly global user community? You will join a highly collaborative Global Applications team, providing functional and technical support that keeps vital business operations running smoothly across Finance, Procurement, Projects and Grants. Deliver daily support and troubleshooting for S4HANA across multiple business functions • Implement enhancements, configuration changes and patches with technical teams • Support testing cycles including scripts, execution and documentation • Maintain knowledge base and support resources for 5,000+ users • Contribute to change controls, releases and ongoing system optimisation • Safeguard data quality across Finance, Procurement and Project processes • Ensure integration accuracy with connected platforms including BI and HR solutions • Champion adoption of standardised global processes and data governance Strong experience supporting SAP ECC and ideally S4HANA with good knowledge of Finance processes • Skilled in testing methodologies, service transition and change management • System configuration experience in FICO • Ability to balance operational xohynlm demands with project involvement • SAP certification and familiarity with Fiori (advantageous) Work remotely with a globally connected team • Contribute to a meaningful mission focused on equality and social impact • Grow your skills supporting a major S4HANA transformation and BI reporting overhaul • Collaborate with experts driving global ERP standards and innovation • Collaborate with experts driving global ERP standards and innovation
