Why this job is important We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our friendly, creative B2C team. You'll work across three global consumer engagement brands – Qmee, Mobiworkx, and LifePoints – creating visual experiences that delight millions of users. What you'll be doing Create digital assets for social media, paid social, email campaigns, blog posts, websites, and app environments across Qmee, Mobiworkx, and LifePoints. Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Assist in producing illustrations, icons, infographics, and simple animations where required. Adapt existing designs for different formats, platforms, and brand needs. Contribute ideas to creative discussions and marketing initiatives. Undertake basic image editing, retouching, and resizing. Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on the brief. Support the Senior Designers in ad-hoc design tasks and longer-term brand projects. The ideal skills & experience A portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma. Experience designing for social media or consumer-facing digital products. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn; motion graphics skills are a plus.
