We are looking for a passionate Game Designer to join our dynamic team in Malaga office.Your missionYou will be critical to the product function, as you will be performing a lead role in ideating Casino/Slot game concepts and themes in collaboration with other game designers and mathematicians.You will be part of a team in delivering high quality Casino/Slot games to the market by strong collaboration with our game producers, designers, animators, sound designers, mathematicians and software engineers experts.What you'll doIdeate Casino game concepts having always in mind the wider Product strategy.Hold the vision for the product from inception to releasePitch new insights to the team/hold brainstorming sessions.Collaborate with other Game Designers to keep a competitive games portfolio.Accountable for the products you createParticipate in creation and review of original math models, new game themes, and concepts for Casino games (Slots, Table, Other).Participates in collaboration sessions regarding game, interface, animation, sound, and art style.Innovate and improve leading game mechanics and ideas for new game products.As a Game Designer, you will ultimately be responsible for the mechanics and dynamics of the Casino games produced across our studio(s).Engages with the commercial team to understand market conditions and requirements.What you'll bring3+ years as a Slot Game Designer, or similar role in the Casino Gaming industry.Narrative skills.A customer-first mindset.Understanding of systems, mechanics and feature design.Comfortable with Excel/spreadsheets.A proactive self-starter attitude, with excellent collaboration skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire internal teams & stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.A high degree of individual initiative, and personal accountability.What's in it for youInspiring and fulfilling work at an innovative and values-driven company creating cutting-edge techAttractive salary and customisable benefits packageFlexible working hours and ways of working (we promote hybrid working modelContemporary and accessible office environments with a range of workplace perksBeing part of a team with a forward-looking, international mindset and agile working practicesA friendly, inclusive and multicultural environmentWellbeing programmes, learning and personal growth opportunitiesA range of employee events throughout the yearOpportunities to shape the tech community within and outside of the company, through mentoring and knowledge-sharing
