ADM Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Community of Madrid, SpainSenior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Archer Daniels Midland CompanyJob Purpose To develop and grow sales in Ruminants in Central and Northwest Spain (Castilla y León, Asturias, Cantabria, Extremadura, and Castilla La Mancha).Main Responsibilities The main responsibilities of this role include:Developing the ruminant area in Spain, mainly focusing on dairy cattle.Leading negotiations in the Animal Nutrition field: premix, additives, enzymes, and biosecurity.Promoting services.Keeping and following up on the current client portfolio as well as increasing new customers.Qualification And Experience The ideal candidate should have:A high degree in technical issues, preferably in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry Sciences, or a similar field.At least 5 years of demonstrated professional experience in the ruminant area in the Spanish market, especially in dairy calves, cows, goats, and sheep.Knowledge in nutrition, pathology, and management areas.Experience in the following fields is considered an extra advantage: premix and additives enterprises, pharmacological enterprises, genetic enterprises, slaughterhouse and transformer companies (if a relationship with the decision-maker of the market existed).Willingness to travel all over Spain (65% of the time).#J-18808-Ljbffr
