What are we looking for?

  • An/a Cibersecurity Presales (Openac), with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Availability to join a stable project in Madrid.
  • Degree: Grade
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Work Schedule: Complete

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar (mandatory).
  • CCNA-level certifications or equivalent (preferred).
  • 2–3+ years as a presales specialist.
  • Design and analysis of communication architectures in complex systems.
  • Understanding of IP protocols and networks in medium to large-scale environments.
  • Knowledge of Open Source technologies (ELK, Zeek, FreeRadius, Wireguard).
  • Experience with NAC and VPN solutions.
  • Knowledge of IT operations in multi-client environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in project management, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • English level C1 (mandatory).

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Support the business team during sales processes, addressing technical requirements from end users and distribution channels.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of products and services.
  • Provide technical descriptions of architecture, functionalities, requirements, and integration with other market technologies.
  • Gather and validate customer requirements, defining architecture and service proposals in coordination with technical departments.
  • Define, execute, and present results of proof-of-concept (PoC) tests to solve specific challenges.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues in presales and post-sales.
  • Draft technical and commercial proposals, and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales and Professional Services departments to ensure customer success.
  • Ensure technical knowledge within sales channels (wholesalers and partners), fostering relationships and solution positioning.
  • Coordinate demand generation activities (webinars, presentations, round tables) and brand positioning.
  • Analyze market and competition, identifying differentiating factors and new product needs.
