Basic Infomation Department: Alibaba Group Degree: Bachelor Work Experience: 4 year Job Description • Build Spain & pan-EU outsourced logistics network in European markets.• Build logistics partners relationship for long term partnership to support business needs i.e service level improvement, cost optimization, customer experience, etc.• Lead recurrent business review meetings with key logistics partners to continuously make improvement in operational setup.• Monitor and manage the performance of main operational KPIs of logistics partners through dashboards and reports, and propose improvement ideas based on data analysis.• Support the onboarding of new logistics partners in the platform.• Work with different internal & external stakeholders in diverse projects to improve continuously service levels & bring efficiency into operations.• Coordinate S&OP with internal stakeholders to ensure logistics can support efficiently the platform sales in line with market competitiveness.• Problem solving mindset to anticipate operational issue and proactively improve logistics service level.• Being able to lead tenders for service procurement & negotiate new agreements with 3rd parties.• Understand the E2E flows from operations to systems. Translate operational & needs needs to product development teams (BRD & PRD documentation) Position Requirement • 4-5 years of work experience in logistics industry, experience of logistics for E-commerce platform will be a plus.• Good relationship with 3rd party logistics partners, mainly distribution into European scope.• Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to translate business results into solutions.• Ability to think out of the box and help driving creative excellence.• Attention to detail and communication skills.• Negotiation skills, used to negotiate service agreements & lead international logistics tenders.• Knowledge on technical part of 3PL system integration is a plus.• Thrive in fast-pace environment, energetic and adaptive to change.• Fluent in English language, other languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
