What You’ll Bring 3+ years of successfully leading and scaling cross‑functional development teams with backend and frontend scope as an Engineering Manager. Expertise in software development and architecture design, with experience in high‑load systems a plus. Familiarity with PHP 8.* as a developer. Proven track record of improving engineering processes and increasing team efficiency, with the ability to foster trust‑based relationships with Product and Engineering teams.
