What You Will Do Shape and Innovate: Understand our hybrid engine positioning and drive emissions and fuel efficiency advancements. Achieve Excellence: Contribute to quality, cost, and schedule targets while formalizing essential processes. Develop Tools: Create and utilize cutting-edge calculation and measurement tools. Support and Resolve: Assist Customer Performance Pilots with documents, tools, and problem-solving. Communicate Progress: Share development updates and collaborate on innovative solutions. What We’re Looking For A proven track record of 3 years in calibration or analysis of perimeter emission and/or efficiency of hybrid engines. Industrial or Mechanical or Chemical Engineer. (Master's degree in efficiency/emissions of hybrid engines (environment/decontamination) will be highly valued. Excellent skills in analysis and/or realization of emission/efficiency testing of hybrid engines. Strong competencies in eager to learn and progress, professionalism and thoroughness, taste for a job well done, high degree of autonomy and initiative and teamwork, with a collaborative approach. Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
