Join usTHE ROLE The F&B Systems Controller be responsible for the daily management and configuration of all F&B business systems to ensure reliability, availability and performance meets the business needs and requirements to deliver F&B revenue and growth.Ensure that all F&B technical policies and procedures are efficient, effective, adhered to and meet the business needs in line with group business systems.WHAT WE CAN OFFER ❤️ Childcare vouchers to make family life a little easier⚕️⚕️ a comprehensive health insurance with Aegon to keep yourself and your loved ones covered⚽ company support to get your game on with your favourite sporting activities and keeping you active☀️ a pension scheme with Generali so your future is just as bright as todaya flexible hybrid work setting giving you up to 52 days a year to work from homea Pluxee restaurant card to treat yourself to great mealsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for the Madrid F&B technical solutions and controls.Management of the Legends Global EPOS system to ensure business continuity.Management of the operating framework.Lead onsite technical support, setup and the coordination of the Technical Operations Team, in collaboration with the Technical Operations Executive.Implement, lead and police best practices striving for operational excellence within the Technical Operations Team.Support the Commercial Procurement Director EU in innovation and mobilization projects.Collaboration with F&B technology partners to implement the delivery of the technology roadmap consisting of development, NPD, AB testing.Initiate an internal technology stack roadmap with OKRs methodology with both long‑term and short‑term objectives.Continuation and development of all cashless venues with the objective of becoming industry leaders within this tech stack.Coordination of a blueprint program for training purposes.Post event commercial analysis and reporting to provide insight on agreed KPI metrics.Conduct quarterly meetings with the Divisional Directors and Heads of F&B to discuss the Legends Global program and projects with regards to any operational constraints and provide suggested solutions to maintain operational stability.Key stakeholder in change initiatives/technology projects relating to Legends Global.Adapt commercial awareness to support all operational decision‑making processes driving revenue growth and operational excellence.Manage relationships between Legends Global and our business systems partners.There may be requirements to collaborate with the inventory team and cash management team. Our Technical Operations Team will be multi‑functional across these business areas.QUALIFICATIONS Good IT technical operational or engineering background will be advantageous.Experience in EPOS, PSP, E‑Commerce, SAS modeling and IT infrastructure.Understands the train and trainer model for operational end users.Experience in coordination of event day team members within the hospitality industry.Self‑starter with excellent coordination skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.General Profile Experienced and competent in own area.Shares own expertise with others; may co‑ordinate activities of others/the team.Ability to complete own role independently or with minimal supervision/guidance.Technical Expertise Demonstrates good working knowledge of own discipline.Deepens knowledge/skills in one area or broadens ability over a variety of skills.Applies knowledge/skills to a variety of standard day‑to‑day activities.Identifies unusual technical problems and provides solutions.Client and Business Orientation • Client Response- Interprets client needs, assessing the full requirements.- Identifies solutions to non‑standard tasks/queries.• Business Understanding- Is aware of internal/external business issues and best practice in own discipline.- Applies to own role.• Costs & Profitability- Works to control costs related to own work.Creating and Delivering Solutions • Problem Solving- Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data.- Takes a broad perspective on problems and spots new, less obvious solutions.• Planning and organising- Prioritises and organises own work to deliver to agreed deadlines.Working Relationships • Communicating, negotiating and influencing- Probes and listens carefully, presents information clearly and in appropriate style, makes technical information clear, persuades others in straightforward situations.• Teamwork, coaching and guiding- Promotes teamwork and works to establish consensus among team members.• Networking and collaborating- Builds productive relationships internally and externally.GENERAL INFORMATION The requirements of the business are such that a high degree of flexibility is necessary and therefore some evening and weekend work will be required.
