En un producto complejo y usado a diario, muchos problemas reales solo aparecen en manos de los usuarios . El rol Buscamos un/a Product Insights & CX Lead con un perfil altamente práctico y analítico, capaz de analizar el uso real de la aplicación, reproducir incidencias reportadas por los usuarios y transformar problemas poco definidos en información clara, estructurada y accionable para los equipos de Producto y Desarrollo. El puesto combina atención al cliente avanzada , análisis de calidad (QA) y product insights , y desempeña un papel clave en la construcción y priorización del roadmap , aportando una visión basada en la voz real de los usuarios, sus fricciones y necesidades detectadas en el uso diario del producto. Colaborar estrechamente con QA, Producto y Desarrollo. Experiencia en atención al cliente técnico, QA, soporte L2 o roles similares. Experiencia realizando encuestas, entrevistas con usuarios y focus groups. Experiencia en contacto directo con usuarios, incluyendo llamadas telefónicas. Excelente capacidad de comunicación oral, con habilidades de escucha activa y empatía. Capacidad de documentación clara y estructurada. Nivel alto de español e inglés. Experiencia previa como QA, tester o soporte técnico avanzado. Conocimientos básicos de Android o iOS (logs, versiones, builds). Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo. Experiencia analizando feedback de usuarios a gran escala. Interés por la calidad de producto y la experiencia real del usuario.
