Opportunity – Technical Product Lead About the role We're looking for a Technical Product Lead to define and lead data-driven engineering products that help teams deliver better, faster, and more securely at scale. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a greenfield Engineering Metrics Platform, integrating data from tools such as Git Hub, Snyk, Sonar Cloud, and others to generate actionable insights on engineering productivity, quality, security, and efficiency. You'll also provide oversight and mentoring for additional Software Engineering products, working closely with engineering, data, and AI teams to ensure strong adoption and measurable value. What you'll doDefine product vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs Translate complex engineering data into clear business insights Drive adoption and demonstrate value through metrics and dashboards Collaborate closely with engineering teams on APIs, data models, and tooling Mentor Product Owners and product leadersWhat we're looking forStrong experience in Product Management / Product Ownership for technical or data products Solid understanding of engineering productivity metrics (delivery, quality, security, efficiency) Experience working with engineering tools and the SDLC Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders Hands-on, data-driven, and impact-focused mindsetWhy join this project?
