Overview Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences, Pharma & Biotech | Valencia-Based | AJ Group Location: Valencia, SpainType: Full-Time, Hybrid (Office-first with flexibility) Industry: Recruitment | Life Sciences, Pharma & BiotechLevel: Entry to Early Career Start date: Q1 We’re expanding and building a brand-new Valencia hub to support growth across Europe. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment or transitioning into a new industry, with in-person training and clear progression in a fast-growing, international recruitment business. What You'll Be Doing Learn the recruitment process end to end (training provided) Source and speak with candidates across Europe Help build out client and candidate relationships Contribute to the growth of our Valencia hub Your Role At Start Initially focus on learning recruitment processes and supporting experienced consultants in Life Sciences, Pharma, or BioTech What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience in recruitment. We're looking for potential, energy, and a willingness to learn.
