Tu rol como Junior Recruitment Consultant – SAP (Career Path 360)

Desde el inicio, este rol tiene una orientación comercial clara.

Comenzarás desarrollando el lado candidate-driven del negocio — entendiendo el mercado, construyendo relaciones y generando resultados — para evolucionar progresivamente hacia un rol 360 completo, incorporando business development y gestión de clientes.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

- Gestionar procesos de selección SAP para clientes internacionales, entendiendo necesidades de negocio y tiempos comerciales.
- Construir relaciones sólidas con profesionales SAP altamente cualificados.
- Posicionar talento SAP de forma estratégica y orientada a resultados.
- Aprender a identificar oportunidades comerciales a través del mercado y los candidatos.
- Trabajar estrechamente con líderes del equipo, desarrollando habilidades de venta, negociación y account management.
- Evolucionar hacia la gestión completa de clientes y desarrollo de tu propio desk.

¿A quién buscamos?

Este rol es para personas que:

- Vienen de recruitment y quieren crecer hacia un rol más comercial y 360.
- Vienen de ventas y quieren desarrollar una carrera en recruitment con un enfoque fuerte en negocio.

Buscamos:

- Experiencia previa en reclutamiento y/o ventas.
- Inglés avanzado imprescindible. (C1)
- Ambición, mentalidad comercial y orientación a resultados.
- Proactividad y ganas reales de crecer dentro del negocio.
