Head of Procurement (EMEA) – FM Projects | Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) | Competitive Package We are looking for a Head of Procurement to cover FM, Real Estate & Fit Out Projects across EMEA. This unique senior role is a strategic and transformative leadership position working in close partnership with board‑level stakeholders. It represents a rare opportunity to take ownership of a Europe remit, reshape strategy, drive commercial value, and build out a best‑in‑class regional procurement team over time. You’ll lead a procurement evolution, embedding supplier frameworks and commercial best practice across multiple markets. With increasing budgets and a growing portfolio of projects, you’ll play a key role in ensuring procurement is a true enabler of client success. Deliver measurable transformation within your first 90 days, including strategic sourcing initiatives, savings delivery, and governance frameworks. Contribute to ESG strategy and represent procurement in client‑facing meetings. Plan, design, and grow a regional procurement team to support future business needs. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and lead sourcing strategies across FM, Real Estate, and Fit Out Projects throughout Europe. Influence and engage senior stakeholders, including MDs and project directors, to embed procurement as a strategic partner. Lead supplier qualification, risk management, and onboarding, ensuring compliance and governance at every stage. Build and manage supplier partnerships, maximising commercial performance and creating competitive advantage. Deliver measurable transformation within your first 90 days, including strategic sourcing initiatives, savings delivery, and governance frameworks. Contribute to ESG strategy and represent procurement in client‑facing meetings. Plan, design, and grow a regional procurement team to support future business needs. Qualifications 8+ years’ procurement experience within Facilities Management, Fit Out, Construction, or Real Estate Procurement. Circa 4 years+ at Senior Leadership level. Strong track record of delivering procurement transformation in complex, multinational, matrix environments. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders up to board level. Deep understanding of sourcing and supplier relationship management across European markets. Fluency in English; additional European languages (particularly French or Spanish) is an advantage.
