Business Sales SpecialistFor one of our main customers we are looking for a Business Sales Specialist to help shape the future of productivity with Copilot+ PCs and AI‑powered experiences. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 3 years of hardware sales experience who are fluent in Spanish and English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer engagement.General DataType of contract: IndefiniteHours: 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours)Location: MadridModel: HybridStart Date: ImmediateSalary range: 30K-35KResponsibilitiesDrive direct sales of Surface Copilot+ PCs devices via phone and in‑person visits.Manage and grow customer accounts independently, ensuring satisfaction and business growth.Collaborate with Enterprise Sellers, Operations Managers, and Go‑To‑Market teams to align on strategy.Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that showcase Surface and AI capabilities.Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in CRM tools.Stay informed about product updates, AI trends, and competitive landscape.Qualifications RequiredMinimum 3 years of experience in hardware sales, preferably laptops.Proven ability to drive sales and manage customer relationships independently.Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory), Portuguese is a plus.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.PreferredExperience in B2B sales or enterprise customer engagement.Familiarity with Microsoft Surface products and Copilot+ PCs.Consultative selling approach with a focus on customer success.Passion for technology, AI, and innovation.Please attach your CV in English.
