You will work closely with customers, planners, and internal development teams to apply configuration changes, resolve incidents, and perform small fixes and product maintenance. This role is key to ensuring our products are correctly implemented, stable in production, and continuously improved based on real customer feedback. What you will do · Implement and configure products from our portfolio for different customer projects. · Apply UAT changes based on customer feedback and planner requirements. · Provide day-to-day support and incident resolution as second-line technical support. · Analyse issues reported by first-line support or customers and provide technical solutions. · Perform small fixes and maintenance tasks in existing .NET applications. · Use SQL to investigate data issues, validate configurations, and support troubleshooting. · Collaborate with development teams to escalate complex issues and follow fixes through to resolution. · Support deployments, configuration changes, and controlled updates in customer environments. · Contribute to documentation, implementation guides, and internal knowledge bases. · Participate in Agile ceremonies (Dailies, planning sessions, reviews, etc.). What we are looking for · 3-4+ years of experience in software support, implementation, or technical consultancy roles. · Good working knowledge of SQL (queries, analysis, troubleshooting). · Basic to intermediate knowledge of .NET for small fixes, maintenance, or understanding application behaviour. · Experience supporting production systems and working with real customers. · Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical actions. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. · Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn. · Comfortable working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams. Nice to have · Experience working with enterprise or public-sector systems. · Familiarity with Azure environments or similar cloud platforms. · Experience working closely with planners, product owners, or business stakeholders. · Background in QA, development, or technical support roles.
