Job Description We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid ECI, reporting to the Store Manager. Your Opportunity To elevate the in-store customer experience with flawless service that dazzles. You will seek out and leverage opportunities to enhance sales and foster growth. How You Will Contribute Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service Understand current products, trends, and collections, ensuring customers are informed Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation Handle customer complaints, seek assistance when necessary, and ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily Stay updated on customer requirements and operating procedures Be aware of daily sales targets and performance, using appropriate sales techniques to meet them Understand and adhere to all procedures and policies Maintain personal appearance and presentation in line with company standards Follow security and health & safety regulations Open and close the store as needed, following security protocols Perform additional duties within the scope of the Sales Consultant role as necessary Who You Are Previous experience in a similar role Experience in a face-to-face customer service role Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills A team player with a shared goal Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus Why Work With Us?
