Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Commercialisation Manager to lead the design and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies across the Financial Institutions (FI partners) and Customer Success (backbook customers) verticals and geographies. This role brings together presales, marketing, and customer experience under a unified commercial framework, ensuring consistent messaging, campaign alignment, and measurable market impact. You will be responsible for executing high-impact GTM initiatives and delivering commercial outcomes across segments. What you will do: Strategic Execution Develop and implement GTM strategies aligned with FI and CS commercial priorities. Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, including campaign design, enablement, and lifecycle communications. Ensure GTM activities reflect the needs of both partner-led and customer-led models. Market Activation Execute multi-channel campaigns (e.g., paid media, SEO, webinars, events) to drive pipeline growth and brand visibility across FI and CS segments. Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives through solution packaging and targeted messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and customer experience consistency Performance & Insights Monitor and report on GTM performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline velocity, and campaign ROI. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize execution. Ensure GTM efforts are scalable, repeatable, and measurable across diverse market conditions Why you are: 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, commercial execution, or marketing roles. Proven track record of delivering measurable impact in B2B environments, ideally within FI or CS verticals. Strong understanding of SaaS, payments, or verticals such as hospitality, retail, or financial services. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
