Description de l'entreprise REEL International, over employees, is a worldwide industrial group specializing in special machines as well as integrated systems solutions for the nuclear, airport, aeronautical, offshore and heavy industries. In Malaga (Spain), REEL is active through its affiliate REEL AEI, a company specialized in the design and manufacturing of Jigs and Tools for the aeronautic sector, as well as service and technical assistance to its clients. Poste Relying on your experience, you will be in charge of the complete design process for aeronautical Jigs and Tools. You will also have the role of technical referent for the engineering team. The essential functions are : Design: Studying the client´s specification and assessing the associated technical requirements. Performing preliminary design in order to build an offer for the client. Once the project is started, carrying out the concept and design in adherence with the requirements, such as functions, tolerances, etc… Pre-sizing of the structures with material strength calculations. Executing and reviewing detailed studies and defining acceptance tests to demonstrate compliance to the technical requirements of the project. V model approach. Launching and monitoring the manufacturing of the parts. Technical Expertise Interacting with the team and providing technical support when needed. Controlling the proper implementation of technical requirements. Verifying and validating designs carried out by other mechanical engineers. Leading the technical competencies in the team and helping improve the skills. Interacting with lead designers in the REEL Group, essentially in France. Profil Key Requirements 10 years of tooling & access platform design experience (3D and drawings), both simple and complex, and manufacturing of mechanical parts (machining and welding). Including with tolerance requirements. Construction steels, mechanical steels and aluminium raw materials knowledge. Calculation basis for mechanical dimensioning of structures. Knowledge in electrical motors and pneumatic effectors selection is a plus. Engineering degree or technical design education. Knowledge and experience with CATIA is a must. Independent worker with strong communication skills. Ethical conduct. Results driven and rigorous. Initiative, adaptability. Good written/spoken English and Spanish.
