We are now seeking a Senior Business Consultant for a key project in Trade Finance within Global Transaction Banking (GTB). About the Role As part of our team, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that the solutions developed deliver real value. Responsibilities Gathering and refining business requirements, transforming them into functional specifications. Validating deliverables and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative cycles. Proposing technological and operational improvements to optimize Trade Finance processes. Coordinating with stakeholders and teams distributed across different geographies. What We’re Looking For Experience Between 3 and 7 years in consulting or similar roles in financial environments, preferably Trade Finance or GTB. Knowledge Tools: JIRA, Confluence. Skills Ability to manage complex and changing environments. Excellent communication and intercultural interaction skills. Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented attitude.
