For this remote position, you will be expected to be based in Madrid and to travel across your designated area.**Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within your assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets* Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals* Uncover customer needs, develop and implement plans to leverage opportunities. Required Knowledge and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree with Pharmaceutical, Medical or Science background* At least 4 years selling experience in the medical device industry* Highly valuable experience with Spine surgeons, radiologist, oncologist, pain specialist and general surgeons* Knowledge of the Medical Industry competitive marketplace* Proficient in English and fluent in Spanish* Knowledge of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement)* Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision* Full clean driver license.* A previous experience in sales in the medical device industry (neuroradiology, vascular radiology, interventional cardiology) will be a must.Medtronic is committed to safeguarding the principle of non-discrimination in employment on the basis of sex, sexual orientation or gender identity, as set out in Article 14 of the Constitution and Articles 17 and 18 of the Workers' Statute, as well as Organic Law 3/2007 of 22 March on effective equality between women and men and Law 4/2023 for the real and effective equality of transgender people and the protection of LGTBI rights.
