The opportunity We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale outbound marketing campaigns that fuel our PLG growth engine. You’ll design, execute, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns aimed at engaging target accounts and converting free users into paid customers. This is a hands‑on role where experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making, and creativity are key. Pensero is redefining how companies understand and measure engineering output. Our platform connects coding and collaboration signals with ROI‑style insights, giving executives, engineering leaders and ICs a new level of visibility and control. We are scaling quickly, and marketing is at the heart of driving adoption. What you'll do Design, launch, and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google, newsletters and other performance channels. Own targeting, messaging, and sequencing to drive pipeline growth and product adoption. Performance & Analytics Define ICP secondary segments based on research. Define and track KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, CAC, pipeline influenced). Run A/B tests to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. Translate results into actionable insights for the growth and sales teams. Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging with ICP pain points and product value. Partner with founders and leadership to refine outbound narratives for CEOs and executive buyers. Tools & Automation Build and manage automation and outbound tools. (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Ads Manager, etc.). Continuously explore new performance marketing channels and tools that can expand reach.
