You will implement and maintain ESA-aligned PA processes, manage risks, and foster a strong quality culture across multidisciplinary teams.Your main responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining PA processes in line with ESA ECSS standards Identifying and mitigating risks to product quality and reliability Overseeing supplier and subcontractor quality compliance Managing non-conformance reports, driving corrective and preventive actions Preparing and maintaining quality documentation and reports Representing PA in project reviews (NRB, IRR, TRR, PTR) Leading internal audits and supporting ESA auditsWhat will set you up for success?
