As a Conversational Designer, you will be part of a global team creating conversation-driven digital products, combining empathy, technology, and strategic design. You will bring your curiosity and ability to translate human needs into natural, useful, and memorable interactions.What will you be doing?You will design conversational experiences for digital products that solve real problems. From virtual assistants to conversational interfaces integrated into apps, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define, prototype, and validate solutions that improve user experience and generate business value.Your fellow frogs will rely on you to:Design user-centered conversational flows that address functional and emotional needs.Define the personality, tone, and voice of conversational assistants aligned with the product brand.Collaborate on user research to understand behaviors, expectations, and pain points in digital contexts.Create interactive prototypes of conversational experiences and test them with real users.Document functional specifications for development (intents, entities, responses, fallback, etc.).Analyze conversational metrics (engagement, resolution, abandonment) to iterate on the design.Participate in workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities for conversational innovation.On a typical project you will:Map conversational journeys and interaction ecosystems within digital products.Design wireframes and screens that integrate conversational components with graphical interfaces.Create narratives that explain how conversation enhances the user experience.Collaborate with product, technology, and strategy teams to define the implementation roadmap.Ensure conversational solutions are accessible, inclusive, and scalable.We want you to have:At least 2 years of experience in conversational design, UX writing, and interaction design for digital products.Training, knowledge, and hands-on experience with platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, Voiceflow, etc.Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Miro, Mural, and conversational prototyping tools.Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.High level of English (minimum B2/C1).It would be a bonus if you had:Education in interaction design, computational linguistics, communication, cognitive psychology, or related fields.Experience with digital products with high user volume (e-commerce, healthcare, education, mobility, etc.).A diverse perspective that enriches your approach as a designer (e.g., experience in customer service, creative writing, data analysis).Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at frog by 2x.Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: ConsultingIndustry: Business Consulting and Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
