Job Description

We are looking for a Product Owner for our Omnichannel Team. We aim to build a better and more efficient customer experience by leveraging automation and cutting-edge technology.

We are searching for a Customer Service and Product Design expert able to help our company to improve their Customer Relations through digitalization

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strong focus on Conversation Designer & Chatbot Builder
- Make our chatbot more effective, more conversational, and able to solve harder problems
- Identify customers behaviors and needs through research and analysis and re-design conversational flows
- Analyze multichannel customer journeys in order to identify improvement areas relying on digital strategy
- Take full ownership of the product, the prioritization of new features and enhancements to existing features
- Empower and collaborate with the other POs to unlock their full potential

Qualifications
- Experience on Conversation Designer & Chatbot Builder
- Strong technical product management experience with good understanding of customer experience
- Be able to break complex problems into smaller logical ones and prioritize them with data
- Curious by nature with attention to detail, able to take ownership, and get things done
- Data driven. Base decisions on facts rather than opinions
- Passionate about product development and constantly looking for ways to improve it
- Open minded team player with excellent communication skills
