We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the role and are open to exploring candidates with a less traditional background.Job DescriptionRole Summary:Dr.Reddy's is seeking a dynamic Accounting Specialist to be based on site at our Barcelona office, to be responsible for managing Accounting operations, ensuring that the administrative process and daily operations run smoothly, and support the Finance Manager of the entity on closing, tax reporting and treasury. Ensure and adequately track cost of the branch. Help the organization to adapt their structure to a fast changing and digitalize ordering and invoicing systems.Key Responsibilities:Administrative tracking and Invoice Reception, ensure Delegation of AuthorityCost Control of Operational Expenses, Business Units and EmployeesManagement of accounting departmentManagement of Tax Activities (VAT Reporting, Intrastat (statistical Models), etc.)Support on Software integration and development to commercial and finance side to ensure company has adequate systems for management of the orders and invoicingSupport company functions on administrative task: HR or IT on task to be done locally
