Position:La experiencia que se espera de los solicitantes, así como las habilidades y cualificaciones adicionales necesarias para este trabajo, se enumeran a continuación.Accounting Specialist (Spanish)Location:Barcelona, SpainEmployment type:Full-timeRemuneration:Base salaryDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRecord and classify accounting transactions in the general ledger including income, expenses, assets and liabilities.Prepare and review balance sheets, financial statements and monthly, quarterly and annual closing reports.Reconcile bank accounts and customer and supplier accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.Manage invoicing, collections and payments ensuring correct VAT application and compliance with tax regulations.Support the preparation of tax declarations including VAT, income tax and corporate tax.Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting and financial documentation in both physical and digital formats.Collaborate with internal and external audits by providing required accounting data and supporting documents.Assist with financial forecasting, reporting and analysis.Monitor inventories and fixed assets including relevant accounting entries and adjustments.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal company policies.REQUIREMENTSNative or fluent in Spanish (C1) and advanced level of English (C1).23 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive improvements.Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.BENEFITSExcellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance.Be part of a dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.Working schedule: Monday - Friday office hours, 39 hours a week. xsgfvud And many othersKEY SKILLSAccount Payable, Invoicing, Journal Entry, Data Entry, Accounting & Finance, Tax Returns, QuickBooks, General Ledger Accounting, Microsoft Excel, Reporting, Payroll, Financial statement, Account Receivable, ACCA, CPA#J-18808-Ljbffr
