With new stores opening across Europe and further expansion into Asia and America in preparation, our brand world is constantly evolving and needs strong spatial and visual identities.Our concept of specialty bakery and coffee is all about experience – from bold flavours to a distinctive design language that transforms every visit into a lifestyle moment.As Head of Construction and Design (m/f/d) , you are the driving force behind translating our brand identity into spaces that inspire and engage. You define and oversee the global design strategy for our stores – from concept development and architectural execution to the integration of graphic and material design.In this role, you combine creative vision with technical expertise, leading the design and construction teams in creating distinctive, high-quality retail environments. You ensure brand consistency across international markets while fostering innovation in spatial concepts, materials, lighting, and storytelling.If you are passionate about shaping holistic brand experiences, managing creative and construction processes, and building the spatial identity of a growing international brand, this position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact.Tasks Lead the development and design of international store concepts, from initial brand vision to full implementation.Define and oversee holistic spatial and functional concepts, including lighting, colour, and material strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall brand identity.Supervise space planning, furnishing, and detailed design development – from conceptual moodboards to final floor plans, including the review and approval of high-quality renderings.Direct the design and integration of graphic elements across store environments, such as wall designs, wayfinding systems, signage, and packaging ideas.Lead, develop, and mentor the construction and design team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.Oversee project planning, timelines, and budgets for store design and construction projects to ensure efficient, high-quality execution and cost control.Manage and evaluate external partners, such as architects, contractors, and design agencies, ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand consistency.Ensure all designs and constructions comply with local building regulations, safety requirements, and corporate sustainability guidelines.Collaborate closely with the branding, architecture, marketing, operations, and franchise teams to ensure design integrity and a consistent brand experience across all locations.Oversee the preparation and approval of concept and design documentation for presentations, construction, and production processes.Requirements Completed degree in architecture, interior architecture, or a comparable field with#J-18808-Ljbffr
