This role requires a proactive and detail‑oriented professional who can manage BIM processes and ensure seamless collaboration across all project stages. Familiarity with Spanish regulations and experience in infrastructure projects is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Manage BIM processes across all project stages, from Concept Design to Construction Documentation. Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of BIM‑based projects. Oversee the development and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. Ensure adherence to Spanish regulations and standards, particularly for infrastructure projects. Provide technical expertise in Revit, including modeling, documentation, and data management. Facilitate interoperability workflows between Rhino and Revit, utilizing tools such as Rhino.Inside and MKS Beam. Support the team with scripting solutions (Dynamo, Grasshopper, and/or Python) to optimize workflows and enhance project efficiency. Maintain a strong focus on architectural design principles and construction techniques throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to present ideas and coordinate with stakeholders. Requirements Master’s degree in Architecture. 6‑8 years of professional experience in architectural design and BIM. Proven experience in all project stages, from Concept Design to Construction Documentation. Experience with Spanish regulations and infrastructure projects. Experience in large‑scale, international, geometrically‑complex projects. Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of delivering projects in BIM. Proficiency in Rhinoceros and AutoCAD is a plus. Experience with Rhino.Inside, MKS Beam and other Rhino/Revit interoperability workflows. Scripting skills (Dynamo, Grasshopper and/or Python) are a plus. A good understanding of construction industry regulations and standards. Strong background in architectural design principles and construction techniques. Fluent in English and Spanish (presenting, speaking, reading, writing).
